Space for transformation and growth

I have spent the past 15 years guiding individuals through deep inner work, helping them uncover the roots of their suffering and move toward clarity and change. This work has unfolded through many forms and contexts, but it has always been guided by a careful attention to the inner lives of those I sit with.

I approach each session with care for both words and what lives beneath them. I pay attention to pauses, intensity, and uncertainty, allowing them space rather than trying to resolve them too quickly. My role is not to push for insight, but to create the conditions where clarity can emerge without force.

As a licensed psychologist in Brazil, I facilitated hundreds of one-on-one sessions and led eight therapeutic groups, both online and in person.

Since 2016, my focus has been on the emotional landscape of sexuality and jealousy, places where fear, longing, and attachment intersect. My work is centered on creating safe spaces for those seeking to work on their sexual dynamics, exploring their relational patterns, insecurities, and desires.

I’m a certified life coach through the International Association of Coaching (IAC), with over 240 hours of professional coaching experience, integrating psychological insight, nervous system awareness with a compassionate and holistic approach to personal growth.

The space I hold is shaped by both knowledge and lived experience. I know the emotional confusion, fear, and suffering of jealousy and sexuality from the inside. My understanding comes not only from years of study, but from eighteen years of my own therapeutic journey.

This work continues to matter to me because it asks for honesty without urgency, and depth without collapse. It is an ongoing practice of listening, discernment, care, and a belief that change happens most reliably when it is not forced.
